The independent auditor’s report stated:"In our opinion, the accompanying financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Company as of 31 December 2025, and its financial performance and cash flows…"The report also highlighted the change in the company’s financial year:"The financial year-end of the Company has been amended… and the accompanying financial statements represent the period from 01 June 2025 to 31 December 2025."
